Before you buy or sell a home or a commercial space, you want to know every last detail about the property. That’s where Accurate Inspections comes in. Our team has been helping property owners and real estate agents for 23 years now, and we bring our skills and professionalism to each job.
A property inspection is designed to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your potential new property. You'll walk away from an inspection with a clear knowledge of any major issues that might exist, and whether any items need maintenance in the short or longer term.
It's important to remember that a property inspection is visual and non-invasive. Although our inspectors will find anything obvious, we will not dismantle or tamper with any part of any property.
A good property inspection is divided into three parts:
- Visual Inspection:
Our licensed property inspector will take a thorough look around the property. We'll answer any questions you might have.
- Inspection Report:
We will provide a thorough writing of our findings during the visual inspection.
- Post-Inspection Resource:
If you need any clarification of your report at any point, reach out to us. We'll be happy to answer your questions.
